Graduate Research Assistant                                                                                                                January 2019 - Present

Working with Dr. Baabak Ashuri and Georgia Department of transportation for improving the project performance criteria on highway projects. The projects includes understanding the current organizational structure and staffing procedures and provide a road map for change from weak matrix organization to strong Matrix organization. the main aim of this study is to improve cost and schedule  performance of projects. My role is to use regression models, statistical analysis and probabilistic models to analyze the results once collected and prepare a detailed report after going through the project management manual of all the DOTs.

Graduate Student Assistant                                                                                                  November 2018- December 2018

Worked with Dr. Baabak Ashuri and prepared surveys for the study on Organizational Structure in DOTs using monkey survey and prepared questions as well as decided analysis methods. The survey was sent to all the 49 DOTs and also follow questions and data handling.
